Reset your PIN

1. Click on the link Reset or Forgotten PIN?

2. You will be directed to the screen below.
Enter your Username and the Last 4 digits of the mobile phone number we have on file for you.
Click the 'Reset' Button. You will receive your new 6 digit PIN by email shortly afterwards to the
email address we have on file for you.

3. Once you have received your new 6 digit PIN by email, you are ready to Login.
Go back to the Login screen; enter your Username, 3 digits of your new 6 digit PIN
and the last 4 digits of the mobile phone number we have on file for you.
